How long do orders take to be delivered?

At SENsible SENCO, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is a breakdown of our standard delivery times:

  1. Processing Time
    Once you've placed an order, it typically takes 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Though we often do this on the same day.

  2. Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard UK 48 hour Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.
Delivery Delays

Please note that during peak times (such as holidays or promotional events), there may be slight delays due to high demand. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Stock
If an order is not directly in stock we may have to wait for the item to come into us before shipping it out, in these cases delivery can take up to 4 extra days. Whilst we do keep some stock of partners books, we do not have the space capacity to store vast quantities. 

  1. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
