If you need to cancel membership:
On desktop:
- Log into your account.
- On scroll down on the click on your name in the top left corner
- Go to My Membership
- Click cancel
- Confirm cancellation
On mobile:
- Log into your account
- From the hamburger menu (top right) select my account
- Scroll down to My Memberships
- Click cancel
- Confirm cancelation.
Please note: If you are a member and cancel this will reset any progress on the SEN Health check emails or other series you have been receiving.
If there is any particular reason why you are cancelling our
low cost membership, please let us know - we are here to support you as a SENCO.
Those on legacy pricing, once you cancel and go to sign up again, you will be charged the standard rate, please keep this in mind when cancelling.
