I haven't received my web ordered goods


If you are reading this then you're probably wondering where your goods are when they are going to get to you.  We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, when you make your order it is automatically sent through our servers to be processed, once we've agreed that the delivery address and product matches our records we apply postage and post your order at our local drop off centre (this will normally be done the same day, but if we are away from site it may take a little longer).  Once posted you will receive a tracking notifcation by email which will contain all the relevant details here is an example
If you have not received your goods at the time as stated on your delivery tracking, you should contact your local post office centre before contacting us,  give them the tracking number and let them know it hasn't been delivered.  They will normally speak to the post office worker that has delivered it and find out where it has been placed.  
If you have done this step and still not received your goods please do create a new ticket and we will endeavour to support you further.
