New Trust/LA Accounts

New Trust/LA Accounts

As part of our continual development, we've found that many schools are buying multiple school memberships for their SENCOs.  This can become quiet confusing, especially when trying to sign in.  So with that in mind we've create a parent account that sits above the school membership level and allows schools, trusts and LAs to purchase seats for their SENCOs to be able to use.  These seats can are fully assignable by the parent account.
Below is all the documentation around these accounts, as they are a new feature we will be adding more details the more users we have operating them.

Trust - LA Membership Level Documentation

Purpose

The Trust - LA Membership Level allows Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) or Local Authorities (LAs) to purchase and manage memberships for their group of schools. This membership provides the same benefits as a School Membership but centralises billing and administration, ensuring streamlined management across multiple institutions.

    • One account holder (the group administrator) manages memberships for multiple schools.

  • Pricing is based on the number of schools within the trust/LA.
