We know nothing is ever perfect and we are no exception, here you will find the bugs that we've fixed due to your support.  If you do spot anything that doesn't look right, just raise a ticket and let us know.  There are over 500 pages on the website and just 1 person to check it.  With your help we can get around to fixing things faster and making this a better site for you!

We are working on the site layout at the moment, so you may notice some small and large changes.

Known Issues:
  1. White text showing on the new menu dropdown when on the shop area of the website (desktop only)
  2. Downloads of resources via the Facebook mobile not working consistently
  3. Violet (chatbot) disappears during non office hours - she should be there 24/7
  4. Some of the free files are not downloading due to incorrect placement on our site - this does not affect our paid downloads. - In the process of reviewing all free files
  5. Some of the SENCO downloadables are not accessible from our Zoho drive for some users - 03/12/24 
  6. Strike though on members discounts is not showing all the time when moving pages in the shop, discounts are still applied.

Book shop discounts are now in place for individual and school members with 20% off the RRP. Spotted an error with the free Delivery, fixed and changed to free if orders over £100.

Majority of webinar issues are now fixed and the new system is proving to be much more popular than previous system.
Fixed: Ticket only members (those without a membership level) saw a messed up menu bar, this will now show a condensed menu just for them.
Fixed: Heading types shown as white text, changed to black, may have impact on some other pages
Reworked: SENCO Toolkit pages to not show members the become a member button and making for a better user experience 
New: added QFT book 5, book bundle 2 and links around the site.

Events section has now moved across - there are some header and colour scheme issues still, I'm hunting those down.
Menus are now dynamic and will change when you are logged in making a better user experience. (button for my account, join or upgrade - now shows at the end of the menu for quick access)
Live webinar nav menu now added for members.
All live webinars will now display in a single area plus the events pages.
All ticketing systems for members now removed with exception of physical events such as our conferences. Non-members will be prompted to buy tickets or upgrade their membership level to watch, unless it is a free/sponsored event.
Display issues on post should now be fixed.

Cookies were causing an issue with the checkout page, remove the application that was causing this and changed cookie provider - I love cookies and if you can see the image so does Violet!

Individual members can now use the SENCO hub again, without being told they needed to upgrade...
Changed over navigation menus to improve visitor experience - you can now see the most used features on every page

Removed interests and Roles from the profile and checkout as these were causing a critical errors. - Fixed

Found a caching issue with the SENCO hub profile page - Fixed

Missing header on both membership pricing and on checkout - now fixed
Adjusted header to not enlarge on smaller screens - in testing

Dropdown menu not fitting on screen - fixed
Shortened mobile menus - added scrolling for menus on both mobile and desktop view

Bug with overflow text from scrolling banner - fixed
Removed excessive load from previously removed plugin
Cookies not set as strictly necessary for membership users - fixed
Moved cookie bar to one time and includes all areas of SENsibleSENCO sites.

Update to membership system caused payments to be incomplete - Patched and Fixed
Shop cart not loading correctly - fixed
General speed issues now improved - removed excessive loading from several apps connected to the site.
Display issue on SENCO hub profile page for some devices - should be fixed - lowered the amount of information on the page and added two extra pages for mentoring and membership discounts to reduce clutter. 
New PIVATs access gave a SENCO planner (thought it was a school membership) - fixed changed the workflow on the automation.

Added invoicing system for school membership - Note: £20 one-time setup fee applies due to additional time/costs

Fixed: Scrolling issue on partner carousel when using a mouse-wheel and on the navigation menu
Temp Fix: Membership sign up screen not allowing multiple selections for roles and interests - Now main role single selection and open text. - Will look to see how we can make role selection multiple again in the future.
