Why isn't my download working?
There are three types of downloads within the SENsible SENCO website.
1. The Resource Download - from our resource section of the website, these can only be seen and downloaded by free members and above. This does not include the SENCO Toolkit.
2. Downloads attached the blogs - These are downloaded by entering your details and do not require any level of membership.
3. Paid for Downloads - This includes the SENCO Toolkit, here you have a number of downloads that are on a unique counted & time sensitive link. You can find the link in your profile page of the website.
We suggest that when downloading you use a chrome browser on a PC, whilst they can be downloaded on some mobile devices there can be some issues.
We've also seen issues when trying to use the site directly from Facebook. For the best results use a Chrome browser
